Matt Michaels, M.S., CCC-A, is an Audiologist and Hearing Instrument Specialist. Mr. Michaels graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1995 with his Masters in Communication Disorders/Audiology.

Mary Lewis, Au. D.
Audiologist

Mary Lewis, Au. D., is an Audiologist. Dr. Lewis graduated from the University of Connecticut with her Doctor of Audiology degree. 

Dr. Mary Lewis has completed training at Connecticut Children’s Hospital, the VA hospital, and various private practices and outpatient clinics in Connecticut. Prior to earning her degree, Dr. Lewis completed her final year of training here at Arcade Hearing Aid Center as well as its sister clinic American Hearing and Balance in Los Angeles, CA. She is excited to continue providing services to assist in everyday communication and providing a better quality of life to her patients.

Amber Elias-Martinez

Amber has been with Arcade Hearing Aid Center for 5+ years. She is responsible for Insurance billing and payment, submits requests for authorization, confirms all proper documentation is received prior to appointment, oversees the appointment schedule, manages accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing for office staff.

She also conducts cleaning, tubing’s, and troubleshooting for hearing aids. When Amber’s not in the office, she is traveling with her family creating memories.

Fabiola Gutierrez

Fabby has proudly been a part of Arcade Hearing Aid Center since 2010, where she has had the privilege of supporting individuals and families throughout every step of their hearing healthcare journey.

She assists with hearing aid cleanings and troubleshooting, verifying insurance coverage, and answering questions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, whether that’s cooking, creating fun personalized gifts, or crafting.

Alexandria Villavicencio

Alex is usually the first person you’ll see or speak with when contacting the Arcade Hearing Aid Center. She has a passion for helping patients with scheduling appointments, verifying benefits, cleaning, troubleshooting, and making sure your hearing aids are functioning properly before leaving the office.

When she’s not at work, you can find her at Disneyland spending quality time with her daughter and family.

Brendan Michaels

Brendan has been working with Arcade Hearing Aid Center since he was in middle school. With his Dad, Matt Michaels, he has learned the ins and outs of the business using it to help patients and become a better problem solver.

He’s hardworking and wants to find the best solution for any patient’s problem, whether it’s scheduling an appointment or fixing an issue with a Hearing Aid. When he isn’t working, he will go out to the movies religiously, read a book and spend quality time with his Grandma Pat Michaels.
